- Pinecourt is a family only resort. Bookings for male-only groups will not be accommodated and will be cancelled without refund.
- Once a booking is finalized, no refunds or date changes will be allowed under any circumstances related to the client’s personal schedule or emergencies.
- The Breakfast Buffet is complimentary, and the À la carte Menu is charged separately.
- Booking will become open for others if payment is not made timely.
- No cooking is allowed in any property.
- We cannot take responsibility for roadblocks due to weather or security checkposts leading to Bhurban.
- Male staff (drivers/guards/gunmen etc) are strictly not allowed inside the gates. They will stay in our staff accommodation area.
